Finding Inspiration

Tuesday, February 02, 2010

dreaming in fabric. saw the brilliant photo down below- reminded me of denyse schmidt's new line, hope valley. and so, i made this little imaginary quilt. hoping to scoop up both the photo & the fabric sometime and make this little dream a reality.

where have you found inspiration lately? i'd love to hear!

What a great source of inspiration! I have gotten inspiration for a lot of my quilts by looking at floors, which is more design based rather than color based, although not always. This was a great reminder that inspiration is everywhere.
