Free Downloadable Treasures

Wednesday, October 29, 2008

So my new favorite obsession is free downloadable art & projects that can spread a little bit o' sunshine. First, I found these lovely Tree of All Seasons tags from Fog & Thistle whose blog is a definite must-read. Also their Etsy shop has amazing paper cut prints that I'm putting on my "As soon as we get our own home list." I already have many uses lined up for these little tree tags- starting tomorrow I'm attaching one to a friend's birthday present & I can hardly wait to use the others for housewarming gifts.

Also, I am in love with this cleverly sweet (or sassy) "say it like it is" card from Creature Comforts. It prints out so nicely & the little space lets you add in your own adjective (or use the helpful included list) to customize a card for just about anyone. I made one already for my little sister's birthday this upcoming weekend. Plus she has nifty hand drawn gift tags/ address labels with two bitty birds. I'm already thinking of other ways to use these- the possibilities are endless!
